Welcome! I’m Michelle, a mom of two, wife, speech-language pathologist and brain health coach.
After years of hearing the fears and concerns from my patients' families about facing the same diseases as their parents --and going through my own wild brain health journey in perimenopause-- I knew I had to share what I learned.
