ABOUT 

Welcome! I’m Michelle—mom of two, wife, Speech-Language Pathologist, and brain health coach.

After decades of education and hands-on clinical experience working with individuals and families affected by neurological conditions, I’ve spent years listening to the same question echo in conversations and therapy sessions:

“Am I next?”

I’ve supported families navigating Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and other neurological challenges—and I’ve seen firsthand how fear and uncertainty grow when people don’t realize how much control they actually have.

That truth became even more personal during my own brain and hormone health journey through perimenopause. What I learned—both professionally and personally—is this:

We have far more influence over our brain and hormone health than we’ve been led to believe.

I’m deeply passionate about helping people use science-backed, realistic strategies to protect their brain, balance hormones, and feel strong, clear-headed, and energized as they age.

There are countless small, intentional steps we can take to reduce our risk for cognitive decline, support brain resilience, and move out of survival mode—without overwhelm or perfection.

That’s why I created The Balanced Brain Blueprint—to share years of education, clinical experience, and firsthand knowledge in a way that feels empowering, practical, and doable.
