ABOUT

Welcome! I'm Michelle, a speech-language pathologist, brain health coach, wife, and mom of two who is passionate about helping people protect and optimize their brain health.

After decades of education and hands-on clinical experience working with individuals and families affected by neurological conditions, I decided to transform that knowledge into practical resources designed to support individuals living with neurological conditions, along with the families and caregivers who walk beside them.

I’ve supported families as they have charted unknown territories of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and other neurological challenges, and I’ve seen first-hand how fear and uncertainty grow when people don’t feel like they know what to do and things feel out of control.

While much of my clinical career has focused on helping people navigate neurological disease, my mission today has expanded to helping people protect their brains long before problems begin.

The brain is truly an amazing organ that we have more control over than we realize. Over the years, brain health, hormone health, and healthy aging have become true passions of mine. I love helping people understand how everyday choices can influence how their brain functions today and for years to come.

I’m deeply passionate about helping people use science-backed, realistic strategies to protect their brain, balance hormones, and feel strong, clear-headed, and energized as they age.

There are countless small, intentional steps we can take to reduce our risk of cognitive decline, build brain resilience, and move from simply surviving to truly thriving without overwhelm or perfection.

That's why I created The Balanced Brain Blueprint—to bridge the gap between science and everyday life by sharing practical, evidence-informed strategies that empower people to protect their brains, support healthy aging, and navigate neurological conditions with confidence.

Brain health doesn't begin with one giant decision—it begins with small steps taken consistently over time.

I'd be honored to be part of your brain health journey.

Michelle
